During my first dental appointment, Dr. Gardner wanted to know my wishes and hopes regarding my oral health. My answer was to have a healthy mouth, to be able to chew my food better, and have pretty, feminine teeth. A year and two months have passed since my first consultation, and all my wishes and hopes came true. Dr. Gardner was very understanding about all my concerns, questions and how a major decision would impact my general oral health. Dr. Gardner is a perfectionist, extremely knowledgeable and very skillful. Dr. Gardner’s team is excellent. Ginny and Jeannette not only assisted Dr. Gardner during my procedures, but they were always very attentive to my needs. Jillian, the hygienist, is very sweet. Even though my first dental cleaning is scheduled for October, Jillian always gave me a big smile and hug and was so happy to see the on-going results. What can I say about Kim? I always felt better after our many conversations. Kim always called the next day to see how I was feeling after every procedure. To quote Kim: “you got this” and “I am so happy for you”. The messages were brief but very powerful words. The day Dr. Gardner said the process was completed; it was a bittersweet moment. I was experiencing a lot of different emotions. I was happy and relieved but at the same time sad that I now would see the team every three months. They have not only become my friends but my extended family.
