The patient was displeased with old crowns on his two front teeth. Gum grafting was followed by all-ceramic crowns fabricated on this implant and a natural tooth. Surgical and restorative phases were performed by Dr. Gardner. Design and fabrication of restorations completed by Dr. Gardner.
