This patient had multiple missing or damaged teeth. In addition, crowding and misshapen teeth were present. Multiple implants, veneers, and all-ceramic crowns were used to provide her dream smile. Surgical and restorative phases were performed by Dr. Gardner. Design and fabrication of restorations completed by Dr. Gardner.
