For years dentist and laboratories had only two options for treating the edentulous patient – Acrylic restorations which were affordable but subject to wear and breakage or expensive cast frameworks with porcelain or individual crown options. Advanced techniques in CAD/CAM technology now make it possible to create full arch restorations from materials such as titanium, zirconia, and cobalt chrome.
